Nichole is the insurance coordinator for the office. She is responsible for working with the patients and insurance companies to ensure that all appropriate insurance payments are made. | |

Sonia is also a bilingual team member. Sonia is a certified dental assistant who joined the practice in 2006. She enjoys the unique challenges that come with working in a specialty dental office. | |

Brad is a registered dental hygienist and has worked in our office since 2005. Brad enjoys the challenges of helping the patient through complex treatment. Patients are always very appreciative of his gentle touch. Brad stays current in the field and is specially qualified for the unique challenges of a periodontal practice. | |

Shea handles accounts payable for the office and is also the marketing director. As a team member since 2000, Shea enjoys being a part of such a busy and innovative office. | |

Ricardo is a certified dental assistant and has been a team member since 2004. Ricardo is bilingual and is responsible for patient education within the office. His goal is to ensure that patients understand their treatment options and that their clinical questions are answered. Ricardo is also the back office coordinator. | |

Mindy has been with Dr. Augustine since 2000 and has worked in Periodontics for over 20 years. Mindy is the office manager and treatment coordinator. Her personal goal within the office is to ensure that every patient's experience here is as comfortable as possible. | |
